IVR Technologies Releases Next-Generation End User Web Interface
IVR Technologies, Inc., a leading software developer of IP-based enhanced services, SIP trunking and real-time billing solutions, announced today the availability of their next-generation end user web interface for Talking SIP. This new end user web interface greatly improves on the previous version in the areas of branding, visual appeal, customization, calling plans, rate lookups, step-by-step subscription, site extensibility and performance.
In today’s competitive marketplace it is more important than ever for service providers to have an on-line presence from both a marketing and operational perspective. An online presence allows a provider to compete on an equal level with other carriers, extend the reach of their operations, and leverage their existing network infrastructure.
As the market moves away from the traditional retail chain model of distribution in favor of a direct-to-consumer model with virtual fulfillment, an online presence is crucial to being able to reach and service the consumer. With next generation telecommunication services offering significantly greater options and flexibility for the consumer these services are easier to visualize and manage from a rich online portal rather than through a customer service representative or a cumbersome telephone interface. Talking SIP’s new end user web interface helps to drive higher margin services and increase customer loyalty through a visually appealing web portal that is easy and intuitive to navigate where subscribers can manage such in-demand VoIP services as:
- Prepaid calling card
- Callback
- Call shop
- Conferencing
- Hosted call center
- Hosted PBX and voice messaging
“In today’s competitive telecommunications market, subscribers need full access and control over their voice and messaging services from anywhere and at any time of the day. Greater access and control translates into greater convenience for the subscriber and greater margins for the service provider through a reduction in customer service representative positions as common tasks are willingly offloaded to the consumer. This new web interface provides a market-ready site that is intuitive, highly customizable and one that addresses the consumer’s needs.,” said Randall Walrond, VP of product development at IVR Technologies, Inc.
The new end user web interface is available as an upgrade to customers running Talking SIP 3.10 and who are within a valid support agreement. Please contact IVR Technologies sales team to learn more about the end user web interface, schedule a demonstration and for site licensing at sales@ivr.com or +1 (213) 634–1522.
