What is the Minimum Term of Service Offered?
Services are offered on a pre-paid monthly basis with a thirty day cancellation notice requirement.
Does the Service Include Training and Support?
Absolutely! The one-time setup fee includes up to four (4) hours of configuration, training, and technical support services and the monthly fee includes on-going technical support as well as access to 24x7x365 emergency system-down support.
