GCS & IVR Technologies Complete Interoperability Testing Between GCS Dynamic Route Manager & IVR Technologies Talking SIP Platform

Global Convergence Solutions, Inc. (GCS) a provider of Next-Generation Network technologies and IVR Technologies, a leading software development company in the SIP Space for Voice over IP enhanced services and real-time billing solutions,  announced today that the companies have successfully completed interoperability testing between GCS' Dynamic Route Manager and IVR Technologies' Talking SIP platform.  Now, carriers can leverage both of these market leading solutions to their maximum benefit while simplifying network management complexities.  The GCS Dynamic Route Manager allows carriers to optimize LCR creation and administration via a Real-Time Routing Management solution that can reduce costs and management overhead, while Talking SIP provides carriers with the ability to differentiate themselves from their competition with leading, innovative, and high-margin services that empower the end user and drive revenue to the next-generation network.

"Our next-generation routing & rating solutions have been helping dozens of carriers improve their margins on existing traffic and eliminates 90% of the typical costs associated with the back-office functions that managing a global next generation network impose.  Now that we work seamlessly with the Talking SIP  platform, we have expanded the marketplace for our services and, simultaneously, allow our existing customers to seriously consider an exceptional softswitch solution in the SIP platform market with Talking SIP", said Neal Axelrad, CEO of GCS.   Barry Sher of IVR Technologies added, "We are extremely excited to have completed interoperability testing with the GCS Direct Route Manager and believe that carriers now have an extremely compelling solution through the combined feature-set, functionality and cost benefits that will help drive revenue to their networks while driving down their costs and administrative overhead".

Hometown Telecom an international telecommunications carrier specializing in offering low cost high quality international long distance plans in the U.S., India, United Kngdom and Australia is the first carrier to benefit from this interoperability.  David Schofield, President, said, "We are thrilled that IVR Technologies and GCS were able to complete the interop so quickly and easily.  The fact that we have two market leading solutions in our network provides us with an enormous competitive advantage in the market and allows us to compete with the largest competitors at a fraction of the cost. "

Both GCS and IVR Technologies will be holding webinars with their customers to introduce each company's respective products and services as well as highlight how the technologies work together seamlessly to provide increased revenue and value to the carrier's network.
