Talking SIP enables Liquid Telecom Rwanda to provision an effective prepaid service for its customers in Rwanda. By deploying Talking SIP in its core network, Liquid Telecom Rwanda is able to introduce additional prepaid voice functionality to its enterprise, local government and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) customers.
